The service
Garage Door Repair Line is a free referral and lead-generation service, not a licensed contractor. We do not perform garage door work. Calls are routed through eLocal to independent third-party contractors in your area, and we are compensated when a call connects. Every contractor is responsible for its own licensing, insurance and workmanship.
Using this site or calling a number published on it constitutes acceptance of these terms.
What this site is not
Garage Door Repair Line is not a contractor, does not perform, supervise, warrant or guarantee any work, does not employ the professionals calls are routed to, and is not a party to any agreement between you and a contractor. Licensing, insurance, permits, workmanship, pricing and scheduling are entirely the responsibility of the independent contractor you engage.
Verify before you authorise
State licensing boards publish free contractor lookups; the vetting checklist on every city page describes the verifications available to you. You are responsible for your own decision to engage any contractor, whether reached through this site or otherwise.
Content and data
Reference content on this site (climate figures, housing data, statute summaries, maintenance guidance) is published for general information, sourced as documented on the methodology page, and is not professional, legal or engineering advice. Statute summaries are not a substitute for the statutes themselves. Torsion springs and lift cables are dangerous components; nothing on this site authorises or instructs their handling.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Garage Door Repair Line disclaims all liability arising from work performed by independent contractors, from reliance on reference content, and from the availability or outcome of call routing. The service is provided as-is, free of charge to callers.
Changes
These terms may be revised; the effective date above changes with any material revision. Continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance.
